		<description>You know I couldn't agree with you more. In fact in the blog article I talked about in my post,  they even said garbage in garbage out. That said if you do have a blog and your tweeting that to your followers I do believe Twitter can help you stay engaged with your clients that choose to follow you in that world. More of what I wanted to get across was that too often we close our minds to new ways of reaching out to our audience and in that long run being closed minded in this business will destroy us. Sure I have 1 sale last year which clearly can be tracked to twitter, but it hardly has the return on time investment that other forms of social media do. Articles written on Active Rain and more importantly my blog have brought me considerably more business.

Twitter can be helpful if you are a good agent doing everything else right and spending time building relationships with consumers. It is a waste of time if you are hanging out online with your real estate buddies from all over the country or if you use it like a megaphone trying to drum up sales.

Twitter isn't a magic bullet. There are no magic bullets.</description>
