Mike--I wondered why you were in CA--Great article--and valuable! We know that good customer service is critically important....yet we are exhausted just answering the different modes of information trading and keeping up with the tremendous demands each day. When I go home in the evening after being truly occupied and efficient through out the day....I still have important UNfinished work to do ....and I never leave at 5! Do you think the new technology coming at us could bring us one more day in the week or at least 4 more hours in the day!
