		<description>Nicely done Mike.  History has proven that real estate is a change averse industry.  As with most major social, economic, political and innovation shifts, the consumer drives it.  Just take a look at the music industry or the Obama election. 

Real people always gravitate to the most relevant, useful, logical and useful technologies and businesses.  They have always dictated change.  Those industries, companies and organizations who recognize and adapt first, win.</description>
