What this agent was doing was "broadcasting." For so many agents the most important thing for them to learn is that social media is not a bullhorn. Twitter or Facebook aren't just another place to stick an ad. If you're not interested in having a conversation or a dialogue, maybe you better just stick with print advertising.</description>
